Return & Exchange Policy

This Return & Exchange Policy follows United States consumer protection laws and applies to all sales of swing chairs, small round tables and straight wall racks across the United States. All return or exchange requests must be submitted within forty-five days after delivery. To be eligible for return or exchange, all products must remain unused, unassembled, kept in original factory packaging, with all original parts, hardware, manuals and labels intact, free from artificial damage, scratches, assembly traces or self-modification. Products with manufacturing defects such as structural instability of swing chairs, surface deformation of small round tables and installation failure of straight wall racks qualify for free return, exchange or full refund. Photo evidence of defects is required for verification, and we will cover return shipping costs for confirmed quality issues. Returns due to personal reasons such as size mismatch, style dissatisfaction or change of mind are allowed only if goods stay in original intact condition. Customers are responsible for all return shipping fees, and a standard restocking fee will be applied. Items that have been assembled, used, artificially damaged, modified, or without complete original packaging and accessories are not eligible for standard return and exchange. After returned goods are received and inspected, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within standard processing time.
