By placing an order for swing chairs, small round tables and straight wall racks, you agree to abide by these Terms & Conditions as well as applicable United States commercial laws and product safety regulations. An order confirmation only acknowledges receipt of your purchase request and does not guarantee immediate shipment. We reserve the right to verify inventory status, payment validity and delivery accessibility before processing shipment. Orders can be cancelled free of charge within twenty-four hours after placement. Cancellations made after twenty-four hours or once goods have entered packaging and shipping arrangements will incur handling and processing fees. We reserve the right to cancel orders with false information, undeliverable addresses, abnormal transactions or suspected fraudulent behavior. All swing chairs, small round tables and straight wall racks meet United States indoor furniture safety standards and daily use specifications. A limited manufacturer warranty covers manufacturing structural defects within the specified period. The warranty does not cover damage caused by improper assembly, private modification, overloading, artificial collision or normal daily wear and tear. We are not liable for indirect loss or personal injury caused by incorrect assembly or use beyond product design limits. All product images and descriptions are for reference only. Minor color or texture differences caused by display devices are not regarded as quality problems. Any transaction disputes shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be governed by the relevant laws of the United States.
