We provide shipping services for swing chairs, small round tables and straight wall racks to all fifty states of the United States. All products are packed with shockproof and scratch-resistant materials. Large and fragile items such as swing chairs and small round tables adopt reinforced packaging to avoid damage during transportation. Standard order processing takes one to three business days after payment confirmation. Standard shipping to contiguous United States takes three to seven business days in transit. Delivery to Alaska, Hawaii and other non-contiguous regions requires longer transit time. Minor delays may occur during holiday peak seasons or unexpected logistics events. All orders come with real-time shipping tracking. Oversized swing chairs are not deliverable to PO box addresses, requiring a valid physical residential or commercial address. Customers must inspect product appearance, structure and complete accessories upon receipt. Any damage, missing parts or incorrect items must be reported within twenty-four hours after delivery for timely replacement or refund arrangement.
